FIS 3* cut proof base layers

Fis Regulations updated from July26 state that all racers competing in Fis competition level 0-4 are required to have 3* cut proof Leggings.  

According to the current FIS rules there is no requirement for U16 and U14 Racers to have 3* cut proof but it is highly recommended.  Please check with the race organisers at this level to confirm their individual requirements.
